This message provides some background information regarding the chebeague.net e-mail system

A few details of the benefits of the system:

	Based in Maine - The machine is physically located in Maine, which helps for faster maintenance and fast problem resolution.
	Seamless Transition - We've moved all passwords, mailboxes, and mailbox contents from the old to the new system. Address Books in the WebMail System have also been migrated.
	Faster - Based on our testing, this new machine can get a message through spam/virus testing and deliver it in seconds.
	Smart Spam Filtering - We're using an new advanced spam check method. While no anti-spam model is perfect, it will reduce the amount of overall spam noticeably.

You can access your e-mail from the Internet in several ways:

	Click the link on the www.chebeague.net webpage
	Use http://mail.chebeague.net
	Use http://webmail.chebeague.net

Quotas are now enforced. Please read details below about how this may affect you!

You can only keep so much e-mail on the server! Each mailbox is limited to 50 megs of storage, which is a lot. But at 75% (or higher) full, you will get a message regarding quotas -

Your mailbox on the server is now more than 75% full. So that you can continue to receive mail you need to remove some messages from your mailbox.

The server will reject messages in the future if you do not delete your excess mailbox contents.

Please also check your WebMail Sent, Drafts and Trash folder to make sure they are empty. You can check them by going to: http://mail.chebeague.net . The quota is in the upper left of the left pane.
