PLEASE NOTE: Speeds shown are maximum speeds possible at
each level. While we will strive to deliver the speeds as specified,
actual speeds may be affected by distance from the Clam Shack DSL Distribution
Center, weather conditions, bandwidth load on the network, and other factors
beyond our control. As the saying goes, "your mileage may vary."
Due primarily to distance from the Clam Shack, not all
residents will be able to achieve Level 3 service. A small
number may not be able to achieve Level 2.

Customer accounts must be current to be eligible for DSL upgrades.
|

chebeague.net reserves the right to transition customers from Legacy
Wireless to DSL if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the company to
retire wireless transmission equipment or if maintenance of customer's
wireless equipment is prohibitively costly.
|

Installation equipment for existing chebeague.net customers will be
free, including:

DSL modem/router
b.
DSL telephone line splitter, if needed

Existing wireless customers will receive DSL installation equipment at no charge plus the following discounts:

New chebeague.net customers will be charged $350.00 for installation, as
in the past. As is also currently the practice, this charge may be
spread over two years (an additional $14.58

Customers may increase or decrease their speed level and associated
billing rate without extra charge or
penalty -- Limited to one change per year.. Please know that we will not reduce your service to a
lower level at the end of the season in order to reduce your off-season
rate.
