Welcome to the Sunset Paradise located on west side of Chebeague Island, Maine.

Available from May 1 through Aug 4, the main house accommodates up to 6 people (2 extra cots available) with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, a full kitchen, a living room area and a full bath. A washer and dryer is also available. An outdoor charcoal grill is available upon request.

There is an outdoor shower and direct access to a public beach.

Rental agreement, references and a security/damage deposit of $1000 are required. No pets. No smoking. $3200.00/week with a cleaning fee is $150/wk. Utilities are included.
