SACHS - Merle (Diener) of Arlington, MA formerly of Baltimore, MD on Sunday, February 11, 2018. Beloved wife of Murray Sachs. Devoted mother of Benjamin Sachs and his wife Lisa, Jonathan Sachs and his wife Kate. Loving grandmother of Talia, Aviva, Zoe, Zander, Jonah, and Miriam. Dear sister of the late Diane Shainberg and loving aunt of Nancy Colier and Steven Shainberg.
Merle was a vibrant member of the Baltimore Jewish community, dedicating her professional life to helping children and families as a therapist. Her warmth of spirit and depth of wisdom was appreciated by all who were blessed to know her. She was a loving wife, deeply devoted friend, adoring mother and doting grandmother. She will be profoundly missed.
Sevices at Temple Beth Avodah, 45 Puddingstone Lane, Newton, MA on Tuesday, February 13 at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Jewish Family Services of Baltimore.
