SCARBOROUGH - Scott D. Bissonette, 45, went to be with the lord after a long illness. Scott was born April 2, 1964 the son of Pamela and Michael Ott formerly of Cape Elizabeth and now of Scarborough. Scott went to Cape Elizabeth schools and graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School.
Scott loved to go lobstering and he loved to be at sea on the larger fishing vessels. Scott said it was very peaceful out at sea. He also sold cars at different dealers. Scott will be deeply missed by all.
Scott is survived by son Scott Michael of Portland and daughter Joelene Paulette of Biddeford; parents Pamela and Michael Ott; a loving sister Bonnie; nephew Miles of South Portland; uncles Bruce Pike and wife Mary Jean of Wells, Wayne Pike of Saco, John and Lili Ott of Groton, Mass.; along with many cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Gosnell Memorial Hospice House 180 US Rte 1 Scarborough, Maine 04074.
A visiting hour will be held from 1-2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2009 at the Hobbs Funeral Home 230 Cottage Road South Portland. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. Interment will be private at a later date.
