Heather (Malony) and Michael Dougan are pleased to announce the birth of their second child. Tacie Elisabeth Dougan was born on August 29th at 5:42 am. She was 9 lbs. and 2 oz. and 21 inches long. She joins big sister, Anna Loxley who are both named after their maternal great grandmother, Elisabeth Tacie Loxley Malony. Proud grandparents are Jill and Allen Malony.
