Ironically, the increasing property taxes on Chebeague Island are forcing us to move there! We can't afford to have two houses any more and so if we have to sell one of them, it will certainly not be the Chebeague home! Our plan is to sell our Cousins Island home, renovate the Chebeague house and move there before the end of the year.
