My name is Caroline Moore, and I am the new Community
Development Associate at the Island Institute, working primarily with
scholarships and supporting students through school transitions. I will be on Chebeague on Friday, March 18th
for a Scholarship Workshop and Information Session and look forward to meeting
with you and talking about scholarship opportunities available through the
Island Institute.

Come learn about and apply for both the Maine Island Scholarship
and the Geiger Scholarship. The Maine Island Scholarship is available to island
students pursuing post-secondary education and the Geiger Scholarship is
available to students in 6th grade and up for travel and enrichment
programs, including summer camps, high school semester programs, college study
abroad, and gap year programs. The
deadline for the Maine Island Scholarship is April 1st, and for the
Geiger Scholarship is March 31st, so
this is the perfect time to bring
your application and get it DONE! Proofreading and cookies may be
provided as well J. Parents
are more than welcome to come as well, to learn more about our scholarship
programs.
