Originally part of the Hamilton Hotel complex, Terrace Lodge dates from the 1880's and has four bedrooms upstairs, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Downstairs there are an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, a sitting room, an octagonal parlor with piano, and a wonderful enclosed side porch. The house is equipped with wireless Internet.
Terrace Lodge is located on the main road (22 South Road) on the East End, just down the hill from the Chebeague Inn. It’s a quick walk to Hamilton Beach, the golf course and the Stone Pier. A vehicle is included with the rental for trips to the store, Community Center, Rec. Center, Post Office and the West End.
Terrace Lodge is owned by the Morse Family who come there for portions of the summer, so availability for rental is dependant on family schedules.
Terrace Lodge has a 4 night minimum stay requirement."
