The Lodge is for rent July through August. The Lodge is located on the southeast side of the island within walking distance of the Chebeague Island boatyard, Rose’s Point Beach and the Niblic Gift Shop. The spacious living room/ dining and kitchen with huge windows has beautiful ocean views out over Crow Island and Halfway Rock. There are 3 bedrooms , one king with adjoining full bathroom, one with twin beds, one with a queen, both on the second floor with another full bathroom.
Amenities include washer/dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, an adequately equipped kitchen, and dishwasher. There is no telephone, T.V. or internet.
Weekly rental : $1000 per week plus $75 per week cleaning fee.
First time renters $300 security deposit.
No pets and no smoking.
