Charming Johnson's Cove cottage for rent June-September. This lovely little cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably sleeping 2-3 people, or more with our inflatable bed. This cottage has a spectacular view of the ocean and of Hope, Cliff, and Sand islands beyond. Whether you are sitting inside or lying on the hammock in the spacious yard, you will love this view!

Amenities include washer/dryer, linens, bath and beach towels, an adequately equipped kitchen including lobster pot (no dishwasher), land line telephone (renters will pay for long distance calls), and several "vintage" bicycles. There is no T.V. and no internet. Beautiful Roses Point Beach is less than a ten minute walk away. The Niblic Boatyard and Gift Shop are also within walking distance (internet signal available there).

Weekly rental July-August $1150 per week and a $100 cleaning fee.

First time renters $300 security/damage deposit. No pets. No smoking..
