I recommend Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer. This book is for people who like drama, action, and suspense. The action never stops from the first page to the final page. I suggest that you read it because it has interesting characters that all have their own attitude. This brings out the action and suspense. A part of the book that shows this is when Root from the L.E.P. squad noticed that there was a detonator in the tracking device that he was trying to find on a certain whaling ship. I think the reason the author wrote this book was because he is interested in these kind of things. He wanted to write a book that would capture the imagination of young readers. One interesting sentence from this book that demonstrates the author's style of writing: "Inside the vacuum-packed package, a detonator sparked, igniting a kilogram of pure semtex." On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being the best book I have ever read), this book rates a 4+. Three words that best describe the book are: action packed, exhilarating, and fun!
