Our goals for the next five years are the following:
- To create a five year plan to improve arts education in MSAD5
1.
- To create avenues for arts advocacy discussions; meetings
for parents, teachers and administrators.
- To write grants to support allied arts teacher leadership
development.
- To write grants to support artist-in-residency programs.
- To plan and implement a district-wide arts and education
appreciation night.
- To plan and implement a district-wide teachers visual and
performing arts day.
- To evaluate progress and communicate outcomes of the Arts
Alliance goals.
- To have administrators, teachers, parents , and community
members work together to promote and support the arts in the
MSAD 51 community.
- To create a list of community resources and supporters of
the arts.
