The Commissioner of the Maine Department of Marine Resources repeals the emergency DMR closure of Area 500, Maine/New Hampshire Border to Maine/ Canadian Border.   The are has been sampled and is no longer a threat to public health.
 
The following closures remain in effect, as they were prior to the Area 500 Closure:
