2a. Status of minutes for January 6, 2008 meeting.

3.   Approval of Warrant #14: To see if the Selectmen will approve the Administratorπs proposed list of expenditures in the total amount of approximately $ 43,000.

4.   Town Administratorπs Report

            a. 2^nd Quarter Budget Status Report

b. ULSF Fuel Bid

c. Special Town Meeting Issues

d. Assessor Interview Schedule

5.   Presentation by the Joint Budget Task Force

6.   OLD BUSINESS:

            6.1 To see if the Selectmen will authorize the Town Administrator to execute an Administrative         Service Agreement with the ICMA.

6.2 To see how the Board would like to proceed with respect to Town ordinances requiring revisions.

6.3 To see if the Selectmen will discuss the conditions of an agreement with the Maine DOT to finalize the engineering and design of the Cousins Island/Wharf Road project.
