BOARD OF SELECTMAN MEETING & WORKSHOP

1.     Call to order 7:00 p.m.

2.     Approval of previous minutes for 10-17-07 meeting.

3.     Approval of Warrant #6

4.     Public Comment.

5.   OLD BUSINESS:

5.1       To see if the selectman will appoint one (1) selectman to serve on the Islands Coalition.

5.2       To see if the selectman will designate their representative for the Town of Chebeague Island on the Greater Portland Council of Government.

5.3       To see if the selectman will consider for approval an agreement between the Great Chebeague Golf Club and the Town for an interim solution to parking along Wharf Road for public safety and the winter season.

5.4       To see if the selectman will establish the terms and charge of a Cemetery, Comprehensive Plan and Finance Committee, as well as a Budget Task Force.

5.5       To see if the selectman will consider how to proceed on the appointment of an assessor and a Board of Assessorπs based on the legal advice provided by Brann & Issacson.

7. Workshop Meeting Begins

7.1       To see if the selectman will establish the membership for a Cemetery, Comprehensive Plan and Finance Committee, as well as a Budget Task Force. (The Chair will request a time limitation for this item)
