Muskie School of Public Health needs our help. They are working with the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Maine CDC) to create educational materials related to Lyme disease, the tick-borne disease that is becoming a serious problem for people 65 and older.

Muskie is holding 3 focus groups and are looking for people 65 and older to participate. The meetings will be approximately an hour-and-a-half long and will include tea and cookies. The group will discuss how people get health information, which media are most effective, which health phrases we listen to and which we dismiss, etc.

Focus groups are scheduled for:
Wednesday, Jan. 21 from 10 - 11:30 am
Wednesday, Jan. 28 from 1 - 2:30 pm
Thursday, Jan. 29 from 10 - 11:30 am

All focus groups will be held in the OLLI conference room in 210 Wishcamper and you should only sign up for only one session.
