The Maine Island Trail Association invites you to help with the restoration of
Little Chebeague Island State Park
Help free trees from
invasive bittersweet, enjoy the reopened trails and fields, a beach picnic and
conversation about future stewardship of Little Chebeague

When: Wednesday, August 18th from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m.; come for all or part of the day

are welcome- we need all the help we can get!
What to bring:
hand pruners and small pruning saws (we can provide tools if you need them), a
picnic lunch and ideas for the future of Little Chebeague
How to get to Little Chebeague: Tide will be low midday so you can walk from Great Chebeague, MITA will provide a boat shuttle from Cleaves Landing to Little Chebeague
